Here, the detail which we pay attention to is:
The hotels, with which we will sign an agreement, must be far from each other.
We will accept to the Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling family,work with and provide consultancy service to only one hotel in each non-metropole cities and other residential areas.
Business meetings will be held definitely with the Chairman or fully authorized General Manager and face to face with the customer. Other than above, we particularly request no business inquiries to be made to Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling .
For the 2012-2017 tourism seasons (five years), our consultancy fee has been specified as 4 star 1 millions 5+ stars 2 millions US dolar. The price we express is final and is not subject to any discount.
As we will set forth in the legal agreement, which we will sign with the customers, the hotels that will not be able to adapt them selves to our criteria or to our system in the five years’ period, will be separated and left out of our system. The consultancy fee received from these companies will not be returned and will be considered as a loss for the unsuccessful company.
The special agreement, in which the parties accept the terms,conditions and liabilities about this subject, will be notarized and thus will be legally guaranteed.
Establishing and describing the system in the hotels, with which we will sign an agreement, auditing the hotel, of which we will undertake the consultancy, holding seminars will be completely carried out by Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling.
Accommodation and travel charges of the representatives who attend to the seminars will be covered by themselves. Seminars will be held regularly once a year.
The hotels, with which we will sign an agreement, will be allowed to transfer travelers between each other and will not definitely perform marketing out of the system. Since we are open to hotel centered destinations and offer VIP service to the traveler and offer a satisfactory service to tourism for the traveler, we can get and offer the quality and success only in this system.
As
Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling, we do not accept the old and according to us
out of fashion system and therefore we are with you with our new system.
While quality and momentum will be added to the tourism worldwide,the traveler having this service will see the real holiday and be happy, and the company offering this service to the traveler will maximize its success curve.
We have not provided details for these works as Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling. The details about our system will be provided after the agreements that we will sign both with hotels and countries.
