I have decided to share my ideas on tourism with you, my respectful guests, as the president of Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling without going into details. While I utter my ideas, I especially plead to make my guests know the frankness and good will in my intention.



Sometimes I shall treat the deficiency of the leaps and sometimes on the basis of criticizing; surely some shall oppose my critics, and some will appreciate them. But, evaluation shall be carried out over the former system and evaluation of my thoughts negatively or positively does not mean anything to me.



I want to lay tourism throughout the world on the table explaining why I refuse the former system as Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling. When the web sites of hotels throughout the world are examined, it shall be observed clearly that they have difficulty in marketing.



Failure is seen clearly in the performance of tour operators and on line sales of hotels. In addition it is known that sales are realized so much under the rates in group sales.


Another wrong thing in the former system again is that modern facilities which costs are millions of dollars serve under marketing strategies of tour operators and this service does not reflect positively to the profit margin in the facilities while these are observed to be limited to activities such as accommodation and eating and drinking.


This is the wrong thing. The dependency of enterprise owners on tour operators results in the increasing of profit margin based on the tour operator and the circumstances to be in the hands of him. In its simple meaning, a whole sector in the monopoly of tour operators!



Here you shall direct a question ‘are you against tour operators’. No, I am not against tour operators; there should be tour operators in this sector and there shall. I shall deal with this subject hereafter and clarify it; let’s return to the hotels and facilities.



In an environment where negative factors such as wrong deployment, excess clustering, serving with amateur personnel to raise the profit margin are clustered, (I side the fact of serving by personnel who has been educated in tourism in colleges in the new system, and this is the ideal case), failure is unfortunately unavoidable as they can not implement the short destinations with the central point as the hotel according to their strategies.



This is a subject to be discussed at length and in detail, so I shall pass over it shortly. In this way I shall also prevent quotation and copying of my system. Wrong deployment has converted the natural beauties into concrete by destroying the coasts; I shall pass to the tour operators after touching the negative aspects of this excess concreting to both the coastal tourism and natural tourism.



Tour operators are a significant dynamic of tourism sector. The travel agencies and tour operators should start tours considering both the preparation of tour packages and the age and health situations of the travelers in the service to be provided based on transportation. Thousands km roads traveled and the travelers whose health are not ensured!



Example: a land out and home journey of 3000 km, accommodation in different hotels, non-adaptation in bed and gastronomy, (meals served by different cooks in the accommodated hotels), going up and down in high altitudes and a tour organization lacking health support..! There is not any doctor in the team to intervene immediately if the guest feels faint or has an heart attack.



This is the clearest fault of the former system; you can continue to increase the negativities. I shall not touch these because I am not interested in the former system. Do these tours still continue nowadays? Yes. The company that highlights the health of its guest is very rare both in transportation, and accommodations excluding winter tourism and Spas.



There are agreements concluded with doctors; the doctor is unfortunately not temporary, ie. He is not included in the staff. Food engineers are in the same situation also. They lack the ability of audit on location and immediate intervention. Let’s first evaluate the food engineer. The hotels give eating and drinking service as well as accommodation service.



Human life and health is a very significant value that requires responsibility as in all fields. Problems start to arise naturally at the moment the guest is exposed to food poisoning or he is put out of hygienic environment.


Buffet system is very wrong and submits danger in hygienic aspect, there is not a chance of auditing and intervening, the guest or the personnel can have contagious diseases and negative results can be faced!



This is a scandal in tourism and can have very dangerous results. It impedes the publicity of that country, and affects the reliability of the company negatively.


Because of this, food engineer should be included in the staff of any hotel that serves tourism and has to bear responsibility. The buffet system must strictly be abandoned. I have sampled tourism since our subject is tourism, food engineers are required in any field related with food.



Doctors should be strictly employed in the staff of the hotels and tour companies. Now the enterprise owners shall complain, because they should have employed these staff continuously if they were not to complain! Whatever and how severe are the complaints of them, priority is to take the health of the guest (traveler) to the forefront in the hotels and tour operators to operate in the new system as long as he is guest.


Here I address the business managers: Are you satisfied in the available system? Since it is observed in your facilities of million dollars that you have difficulty in marketing and this is obvious from your web sites, verified in the interviews with your managers, beds can not be sold even in the all inclusive system, long term installments and promotions are applied, etc.


This must not be misleading; I am at your side as Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling to make you gain more and to ensure a qualified vacation for the traveler, even under these circumstances I wonder why my e-mails are not replied!!!


Now this question has to be asked. Let’s ask first to Tour Operators and Travel Agencies: How much information and analyses do you have in subjects such as the transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, local gastronomy, folklore, giftware, authentic places, guidance services, sharing of determined deficiencies with local administration, etc. in the region you shall go as you prepare the tour packages!



How healthy is long distance land journey especially in culture and highlands tours. Why don’t you employ a doctor in your team considering your guests of middle age group would face a health problem! The questions continue like that. The result is blocked in the clumsiness of the former system.



While for the time being finishing my explanations on tourism, I declare that I do not have any personal problem, as Areosweb Tourism Publicity and Counseling, with any organization or company,



and my purpose is to gain vitality and quality to tourism in my country and throughout the world with the new system that I have developed, and I am ready with my project that shall provide the best vacation to the traveler,
